Cordine Dairy Cordine Dairy is owned and managed by Corny Hertgers and his son Nathan. In 2008 they constructed a new dairy and close up area. The new milking facility consists of a new WestfaliaSurge Double 12 MAG 90i Parallel milking parlour complete with Metatron Premium 21 Milk Metering. The herd is managed using DairyPlan Software and 2hr pedometers which monitor the cow's activity for heat detection. The automatic SS sort gate cuts cows from the herd for special attention. A 5000g Mueller milk tank cools and stores the milk.
